Versa Form Vacuum Pump is designed to use with Sammons Preston Versa Form Positioning Pillows and Versa Form Plus Positioning Pillows. Simple one-handed operation is all that is needed. The vacuum pump helps to shape the pillow and ensures that the positioning pillow has the ideal volume of air for comfort.

Warranty

  • Manufacture warrants that all products shall be free from manufacturing defects for the period of one year from the date of purchase.
  • Customer must notify us of any manufacturing defect within five days to get a free replacement.

Return

  • Returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving the product.
  • All returned merchandise is subject to a restocking fee. For applicable restocking fees, please consult the chart below.

      • Return from date of invoice Re-stocking fees
      0 - 30 days No Fee
      31 - 60 days 15% of price of all returned items.
      61 - 90 days 25% of price of all returned items.

  • An RGA number is required for all returns. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
  • RGA numbers expire after 30 days. Please return your items within this timeframe.
  • To be eligible for return, items must be new, unused, untampered with, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If your return is not caused by a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and payment processing fee will be deducted from your total refund.
