Do Zero Sugar Kids Multi Gummies contain sugar?

No, Zero Sugar Kids Multi Gummies do not contain sugar. They contain xylitol (a sugar alcohol also known as a polyol) and stevia for sweetness.

What is a sugar alcohol?

Sugar alcohols (polyols) are found naturally in fruits and vegetables, but they can also be manufactured. Because they are structurally similar to sugar they are able to activate sweet taste receptors on the tongue, yet they contain fewer calories than sugar.
