Helping the user to stay in a comfortable and therapeutic position is the 9/16" action cube pad placed in a laminated foam foundation. Its strong, curved base is covered in numerous layers of viscofoam, offering significant immersion and envelopment for enhanced comfort and protection.

Manufacturer warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the following period:

• 5 Years warranty: Wheelchair cushions not utilizing cube and pebbled technology.
• 2 Years warranty: Wheelchair cushions utilizing cube or pebbled technology.
• The product is not subjected to misuse, negligence, accident or abuse.
• Disposable items, adaptive pads (flat, cube & pebble pads), commode pads, cushion covers and ancillary items are warranted to be free of defective materials & workmanship at the time of initial purchase only.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost. Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
• Standard manufacturer terms & conditions are applicable for warranty of this product.
