Elite width adjustment: Stationary mounting to back post, and width adjustable fixed positioning hardware.

The manufacturer warrants its product as under:

• Hard Goods (product made from carbon fiber or metals): For any defects in materials or workmanship for One year from the original invoice date.
• Soft Goods (product made from fabric, foam or plastics): For any any defects in materials or workmanship for Six month from the original invoice date.
• Use of alternative hardware or mounting brackets voids all warranty.
• Altering an ADI back in any way and / or improper installation will void warranty.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost. Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
• Standard Manufacturer Terms & Conditions are applicable for Warranty of this product.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.
• All returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
• A Return Authorization (R.A.) and call tag will be provided for returns.
• Please reference the R.A. number on the original invoice and include it with the returned product, ensuring it is also written on the package being returned.
• The product must be in new, unused condition, in its original packaging, and returned at the customer's expense. Please ensure the product is not tampered with.
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any credit card/PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Warranty items may be returned for repair or an exchange of the same item.
• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
