installation with easy-to-set hardware and the ability to make modifications
while the user is still seated in the wheelchair. Matrx® Elite Deep Back
delivers lateral supports to maximize trunk support while letting the hips and
shoulders move freely. The Invacare Elite Deep Back's contoured design ensures
excellent postural support by offering accurate alignment within the wheelchair.
To enhance configuration options, the Elite deep back features a movable foam
lumbar pad that may be added or placed under the current foam cushion. The
outside cover for the Invacare Elite Deep Back is composed of breathable,
moisture-resistant mesh.

Manufacturer will not warrant parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner or normal wear & tear.
Manufacturer does not warrant parts damaged by neglect, accident or misuse, nor parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by the manufacturer.
Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

Return
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required for all returns. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Products must be in new, unused condition, untampered with, and returned in their original packaging at the customer’s expense.
If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any credit card or PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
For health and safety reasons, hygiene and bath products cannot be returned.
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
