Description
Arjo clip slings are used in combination with DPS (Dynamic Positioning System) spreader bar, a system that allows the caregiver to position the resident or patient in the sling - from upright to reclined without needing to do so manually, helping to reduce physical caregiver effort.
The Clip sling - unpadded legs is suitable for everyday patient handling activities, such as bed and chair-related transfers.
The Clip sling - padded legs has additional padding around the leg pieces to provide extra comfort. It is used for a range of everyday patient handling activities, such as bed and chair-related transfers.
This sling is intended for assisted transfer of passive patients/residents with limited ability to move and require full support during transfer. The sling is to be used with passive lifting devices to transfer patients in a seated/semi-reclined position to and from bed, chair, wheelchair or hygiene device during care activities and from the floor.
This sling should only be used together with Arjo passive lift systems (clip attachment) in accordance with the allowed combinations page on the specified section of the Instructions for Use. Standard unpadded and padded clip slings are available in several sizes to cover the whole spectrum of residents (XS, S, M, L, LL, XL, and XXL).
