• All returns require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number before being sent back. Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A. Evoflex® mounts easily to most wheelchair styles using included fasteners. Optional 20° or 90° seat mounting brackets allow secure installation on sling or solid seat bases.

Q. Can the Evoflex® hip belt be extended for larger wheelchairs or users?
A. Add 5" per side with the Evoflex® Belt Extender. For convenience and savings, select the "With Belt Extender" option during configuration.

A. The belt is abrasion- and tear-resistant, performs in extreme temperatures, and includes a low-profile fastener that won’t interfere during transfers or in tight spaces.
