How to Apply

• Cleanse the wound according to standard wound care protocol.
• Dry the surrounding skin thoroughly.
• Remove the dressing from its packaging.
• Center the foam pad over the wound site.
• Press the adhesive border gently onto the surrounding skin to secure.
• Change the dressing as clinically indicated or when saturated.

Indications for Use

Bordered foam is indicated for use on:

• Partial-thickness wounds
• Full-thickness wounds
• Moderate to heavily exudating wounds
• Acute wounds
• Chronic wounds
• Granulating and epithelializing wounds
• Palliative wounds
• Peritubular hypergranulation

Contraindications

• Not for use on dry to minimally draining wounds
• Not for wounds with dry eschar
• Not for third-degree burns

Warnings & Precautions

• For external use only.
• Do not use if the dressing or packaging is damaged.
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
• Use according to established wound care protocols.

Storage Requirements

• Store in a dry location.
• Maintain at room temperature (59°F–86°F / 15°C–30°C).
