Instruction

Place around neck and adjust for comfort and pillow can be used with or without CorPak and it can also be Used for both Hot or Cold

• Hot: Heat in microwave for 30 seconds on high, then at 10-second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Massage the pack after each heating and overheating may cause injury.
• Cold: For convenience, store in freezer. Place in freezer for 1 hour prior to use.

Washing Instruction

• Soak in warm water with mild soap
• Flush water through until clean
• Take out excess water, then rinse in clear water to withdraw detergent and soil.
• Press out too much water and dry flat.
• Do not hang or filling will settle.
• Fluff when thoroughly dry.
