• Manufacturer warrants all its products against defects in material or workmanship for 90 days from invoice date.
• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cost of inconvenience, property damage, abuse, accident or similar incidents.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost. Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

We strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange a standard, unused item, we are happy to assist within 30 days of the invoice date. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RGA) before shipping any items back.

• Items returned after the initial 30-day period will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee.
• To ensure a smooth return process, all items must be returned in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and shipped at the customer's expense.
• Please note that original shipping costs and any credit card or PayPal processing fees will be deducted from refunds for returns that are not due to manufacturing defects.
• For health and safety reasons, hygiene and bath products are not eligible for return.
• Customized, premium color, or modified products, including items with attached padding, are made to your specifications and therefore are not returnable.

Q. What helmets is the Danmar Chin Guard compatible with?
A. Danmar Chin Guard fits all Danmar helmets except the Hard Shell Helmet with Face Guard (9822). It easily attaches to ear slings in place of a standard chinstrap.

Q. What are the available sizes and dimensions?
A. The Chin Guard comes in two sizes:

• Small: 3/4” deep × 3” long × 2 1/4” wide
• Large: 1 1/8” deep × 5” long × 3 1/4” wide
• Weight: Approximately 1.5 oz, making it lightweight for daily wear.

Q. Is the Chin Guard comfortable for extended use?
A. Made from ½” thick, soft foam, the guard is both shock-absorbent and comfortable for all-day protection. It's easy to clean with soap and water.

Q. Are custom colors available?
A. Yes, custom colors are available for an additional charge. Custom orders may take 7–10 days for fabrication and are non-returnable.

Q. Can this chin guard help with jaw or facial impact protection?
A. The Chin Guard is designed to add soft, protective coverage over the chin area, helping absorb minor impacts. It enhances safety when used with compatible Danmar helmets.

Q. Is this product returnable?
A. Only standard versions of the Chin Guard are returnable. Custom and modified items are non-returnable, including special colors or size adjustments.
