A. Danmar Liner Cushion (7635) helps adjust the fit of special needs helmets or Hensinger collars when a user falls between standard sizes. It ensures a snug, secure, and comfortable fit.

Q. What sizes and dimensions are available?
A. Each cushion strip measures approximately 20" long x 2" wide. It comes in two thicknesses:

• ¼” thick: reduces fit by up to 1"
• ½” thick: reduces fit by up to 2"

Q. How do I apply the liner cushion inside a helmet or collar?
A. Simply cut to the needed length, peel off the adhesive backing, and press it into place. We recommend testing the position with tape first, as the adhesive is not repositionable.

A. It’s made of vinyl-coated, shock-absorbent closed-cell foam. This material is durable, lightweight, and comfortable for extended wear.
