Once the specimen is collected, a simple turn of the closure will give the user assurance that the seal is fully engaged with an audible 'click'. The second 'click' ensures 95 kPa compliance for pneumatic tube transport.

Each sterile urine container has a temperature strip to aid in analysis of urine specimen to detect if the temperature is within a normal range.

What is a sterile urine specimen container with temperature strip used for?

Azer's sterile specimen container is most commonly used to collect urine specimens while simultaneously checking for attempts to adulterate a urine specimen during drug screening and DOA (drugs of abuse) testing. Normal urine specimen temperatures will be in a range detectable by the temperature strip on the side of the container. Azer's sterile urine container also ensures contamination free analysis, which is important for drug testing and toxicology specimen collection.
