Invacare Matrx Elite Back has easy set hardware for a quick installation and allows adjustments to be made while the user is still seated in the wheelchair. The contoured Matrx elite back provides precise orientation within the wheelchair for optimal postural support. Elite back has an outer cover made of a moisture-resistant and breathable mesh material. Invacare elite back has a movable foam lumbar pad that can be installed/inserted behind the existing foam cushion to provide additional positioning capability. The lateral supports on the Matrx elite back provide optimal trunk support while allowing clearance for the shoulders and hips.

Manufacturer warrants this product as under:
- Two years warranty
- Manufacturer will not warrant parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner or normal wear & tear.
- Manufacturer does not warrant parts damaged by neglect, accident or misuse, nor parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by the manufacturer.
- Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
- Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
- Standard manufacturer terms & conditions apply for warranty of this product.
Return
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.
- All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
- A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required for all returns. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
- Products must be in new, unused condition, untampered with, and returned in their original packaging at the customer's expense.
- If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any credit card or PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
- For health and safety reasons, hygiene and bath products cannot be returned.
- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
