McKesson Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint is a boot-style splint that rests on the back of the leg, calf, and foot and features circumferential heel and posterior strapping to help prevent migration during sleep and increase overall effectiveness. It allows for controlled application of a prolonged stretch to help reduce the pain and discomfort associated with plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis. It is Larger as compared to the dorsal style and may cause difficulty walking if you frequently get up at night. Helps patient sleep more comfortably and reduce morning pain commonly associated with plantar fasciitis. The Splint holds foot in the dorsiflexion position, meaning the fascia is stretched out to help it from tensing up while you sleep. Adjustable bilateral dorsiflexion straps to provide custom amount of stretch to accommodate patient needs.
