McKesson Polyester Nonwoven Sponge, used for wound cleaning, dressing, prepping, and scrubbing. These sponges are ideal for treating a common injury site. They are stronger and more durable than cotton gauze and have better wicking properties. The gauze sponges are made of a polyester/rayon blend that absorbs moisture while leaving little linting. They are sterile sponges, which means they are bacteria-free and completely safe to use.
