Indications: For cleaning and management of wet ulcers and wounds, including:

• Diabetic ulcers

Contraindications:

• Individuals with a history of Graves disease, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, or goiter
• Pregnant or lactating women.
• Individuals with known sensitivity or allergy to iodine.

How to Apply:

1. Cleanse the wound bed thoroughly with sterile saline or water.
2. Remove the dressing from its packaging and cut it to match the wound shape, minimizing overlap onto surrounding skin.
3. If used under a compression wrap, up to three IoPlex layers may be stacked for optimal coverage and control.
4. Cover with an appropriate secondary dressing and monitor drainage. IoPlex should remain soft and moist, not wet.
