Optifoam Gentle EX Sterile Silicone-Faced Foam Dressing features 5 advanced layers with a superabsorbent core that effectively absorbs exudate, converts it into a gel, and locks it away. This highly conformable foam dressing includes a gentle silicone adhesive that can be lifted and reapplied as needed. Its waterproof, multi-layer construction promotes healing while reducing the risk of maceration by drawing in and retaining exudate, preventing infection spread, and conforming closely to the wound bed.

Indications: Suitable for partial and full-thickness wounds with drainage.

Contraindications:

• Third-degree burns
• Not for use in patients with known silicone allergy.

Change Frequency: Dressing should be changed when drainage reaches the edges of the foam pad. It may remain in place for up to 7 days depending on exudate levels.

How to Apply:

1. Remove dressing from package, Remove one piece of the release liner.
2. Place dressing on the wound and remove the other release liner.
3. Gently secure the dressing to the skin.

• Do no cut the dressing.
• Single use only.
