Indications:

• Pressure injuries
• Partial and full-thickness wounds
• Leg ulcers
• Donor sites
• Lacerations and abrasions
• Skin tears
• First and second degree burns

Contraindications: Third-degree burns and lesions with active vasculitis.

Directions for Use:

1. Remove Optifoam Adhesive from the packaging. Peel off the first carrier sheet.
2. Place the dressing over the wound, ensuring it covers both the wound and the surrounding skin.
3. Smooth the dressing into place, then remove the second liner.

Change Frequency: Optifoam Adhesive should be replaced when drainage reaches the edges of the foam pad. It may remain in place for up to 7 days, depending on exudate levels.

Removal Instructions: Gently press the skin and lift one edge of the dressing. Carefully stretch the dressing along the skin to facilitate smooth and gentle removal.

• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customers expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
• Hygiene, bath and toilet items cannot be returned once opened or used.
