Indications: Suitable for partial and full-thickness wounds.

Contraindications: Not intended for use on third-degree burns.

How to Apply:

1. Remove dressing from package. Remove one piece of the release liner.
2. Place dressing on the wound and remove the other release liner.
3. Secure in place using tape or a secondary dressing such as elastic net.

Change Frequency: Dressing should be replaced when drainage reaches the edges of the foam pad. It may remain in place for up to seven days, depending on the amount of exudate.

• Single use only.
• Use a dressing large enough to cover the wound and surrounding skin.
