Instructions for Use:

• Shake well.
• Store unopened at room temperature.
• Clean the top of the container thoroughly before opening.
• After opening, refrigerate and consume the product within 48 hours. If consuming product directly from the container, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours.

• Follow the physician's instructions for flow rate, volume, dilution, and need for additional fluids.
