Directions for use:

• Insert each heel Cup, waffle side down, into the heel of the shoe.
• Carefully put on footwear and reposition Cups as needed.
• Air dry completely before reuse.

• Discontinue use if discomfort, irritation, numbness or additional pain occurs.
