Medline PluroGel Burn and Wound Dressings is unique burn and wound dressings are completely water-soluble, cell-friendly, and non-ionic. They contribute to the creation of an optimal moist wound healing environment, which can protect healthy tissue and soften wound debris. Softer wound debris rinses off more easily during dressing changes, resulting in a positive dressing change experience. It indicated for applying on chronically vascular ulcers, venous ulcers, diabetic ulcers, trauma wound, draining wounds, surgical wounds, second-degree burns and pressure injury. It has unique micelle matrix that allows it to remain thick in the wound bed for a long period of time.
