How to Apply PolyMem Max Film Adhesive Dressing

1. Cleanse surrounding skin as needed (manual wound cleansing is often reduced due to built-in cleansing action).
2. Remove the liner using the patented PolyMem tab system.
3. Place the dressing gently over the wound, allowing it to conform naturally.
4. Smooth edges to secure the adhesive film—no additional tape or secondary dressing needed.
5. Remove and replace according to exudate levels; may remain in place for up to 7 days.
