Customers can issue a return by logging into their account and submitting a case. Please provide the reason for the return and upload the documents or pictures in support of your reasons for a faster process.
In case of emergency, the customer can call us at (866) 563-6812 and request the customer support team to initiate the return process for them.
Returns Guidelines & Procedures
Returnable products must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.Merchandise must be new, unused, and be returned in its original packaging. All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization), unauthorized returns will not be accepted.Return authorization number (RA#) can be obtained from our customer service representative by calling at (866) 563-6812 or by emailing at [email protected] .Write the RA# on the label affixed to your package before shipment. The package must be unused and contains the manufacturer's original packaging, accessories, warranties, instructions manual, etc. Medicaleshop is not responsible for items damaged in transit when returning.Once the product is returned, kindly n otify us with the shipment/return tracking number.All returns will be viewed and inspected before issuing a refund. A refund will be issued on the original mode of payment. Order Cancellation Policy
All cancelation requests are processed as per the specific manufacturer's terms and conditions. Cancellation of order(s) will incur shipping and handling charges plus restocking fees. If your return is not due to manufacturing defects, the original shipping cost, credit card, or PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund. Kindly read the cancellation policy:

Damaged merchandise return policy
All shipments must be inspected immediately upon receipt. If the shipment is damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Once the delivery has been accepted, Medicaleshop will not be held liable for any damages. However, if you find damage in the product as it was left at your location without a signature, please call us immediately at (866) 563-6812 within 48 hours to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). After obtaining an RA#, the damaged product must be returned to the manufacturer at the manufacturer’s cost. A replacement product will be sent out at no additional charge.
Non-damaged Merchandise Replacement Policy
If you need to replace a product that is not damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained before returning the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and a restocking fee may apply as per the manufacturer’s terms. Once the product is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Products must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for both returning the product and shipping the replacement product. Some products may be subject to additional fees based on the manufacturer’s policies.
Items which requires prescription
Certain items require a valid prescription to be processed. Please ensure the prescription is provided at the time of placing the order to avoid delays. If such an item is returned or exchanged, it must comply with the manufacturer’s policies and cannot be accepted if opened or used unless it is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Parts Replacement Policy
For replacement parts, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required to process the replacement. The defective or incorrect part must be returned to the manufacturer at their cost if the error is on their end. Replacement parts will be shipped promptly once the return is processed. If the wrong part was ordered by the customer, additional shipping and restocking fees may apply.
Order Delivery Refusal Policy
If the merchandise is refused at the time of delivery or if the package is returned as undeliverable to the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order, the customer will be responsible for refusal shipping charges, return shipping charges, and a restocking fee in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Refunds will be processed once the merchandise is received and inspected.
International Customers
International shipments must be inspected immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The damaged or incorrect product must be returned to the manufacturer at the manufacturer’s cost if the issue is their fault. Additional customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees may apply for international orders, and these are non-refundable.
Liability Disclaimers
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers. Once the product has been shipped, liability for delivery rests with the carrier. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We disclaim liability for misuse, unauthorized alterations, or improper installation of any product. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for further details.
Re-Order Policy
The manufacturer may make changes to the items without prior notice.If the manufacturer assigns a new item number and discontinues the original product, reordering for that specific item will be discontinued.If the Reorder items are on backorder, the item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.Reorder Program shipping rates match the standard shipping rates of www.medicaleshop.com.Prices are subject to change.Medicaleshop reserves the right to stop the reorder process at any time without prior notice.
