Rolleez PVC Beach Wheelchair is specifically designed for people who have spinal cord injuries as well as mobility or lower extremity issues. The UV-protected frame of the wheelchair allows users to use it in salty water. The Beach Wheelchair is resistant to rust, fading, chipping, and peeling. Because of its rolling and larger tyres, the wheelchair can easily move from one surface to another, including grass, gravel, sand, and concrete.

• Rolleez Recline has a high back, five recline positions, two big front wheels measuring 19.3" and two smaller rear wheels measuring 11.8".

• The manufacturer warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use or service for One year from the date of purchase.
• Most issues after the warranty period can be solved by purchasing an inexpensive warranty part.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost. Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
• The product warranty is applicable as per the terms and conditions are given by the product manufacturer.

Unfortunately, hygiene items cannot be returned once opened, due to health concerns. The only products that can be returned are unopened boxes.

If the product is unopened, then the following policy will be applied:

• All returns must be made within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of the product.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization) unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• The customer is responsible to pay freight both ways.
• We do not guarantee fulfillment of any desired purpose or product suitability to the user and this will not be considered a valid reason for return.
• The products must be in a new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging, and returned at the customer's expense in original packaging.
• In the event the item is damaged, the customer must call to notify the manufacturer within 48 hours of delivery. They must also sign the truck bill as damaged. Otherwise, the manufacturer will not be able to ship out a replacement at no charge.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund.
• All freight charges, fuel surcharges, handling fees, and additional freight services are non-refundable.
• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
