Instructions for Use:

2 fl oz bottle:

• Check the breakaway ring before use; do not add water.
• Shake well before feeding.
• Attach a clean, single-use nipple and ring using clean hands.
• Use within 1 hour of beginning oral feeding.

32 fl oz bottle:

• Do not add water; ensure the cap seal is intact.
• Shake well, remove protective band, pierce foil, and pour into a clean bottle.
• Use within 1 hour of starting feeding; finish opened container within 3 days.

Storage and Handling:

2 fl oz bottle:

• Avoid prolonged exposure to light; store unopened at room temperature.

32 fl oz bottle:

• Store opened bottle in refrigerator; feed within 48 hours.
• Store unopened at room temperature; avoid extreme conditions.
• Do not reuse the container.

Precautions:

• Do not heat in a microwave to prevent burns.
• Not recommended for premature infants under 1800 g.
• Powdered formulas are not sterile; use under physician supervision for premature or immunocompromised infants.
