If you have any questions or need assistance with a return, we are happy to help. Please contact us for further details.
Q. What makes the rear-pull configuration beneficial for caregivers?
A. The rear-pull design allows a caregiver to secure one side of the pelvis first, locking it in place before adjusting the other—ideal for users with pelvic rotation or high tone.
Q. What is the advantage of the small metal push-button buckle?
A. The child-sized metal push-button buckle is strong and secure, providing a low-profile, tamper-resistant closure that’s easier to use for pediatric or smaller users.
Q. How does this belt help prevent the belt from riding up or twisting?
A. The four-point system with secondary anchoring straps ensures the belt stays in place and prevents upward migration into the abdomen, maintaining proper posture and comfort.
Q. Is this belt comfortable for all-day use?
A. Yes, it features closed-cell foam padding for effective pressure distribution and a wrinkle-free, soft fabric lining for long-term comfort and skin protection.
Q. How does the four-point system differ from a standard two-point hip belt?
A. Unlike a two-point belt, the four-point configuration adds secondary anchoring points that keep the belt in proper alignment and prevent twisting or migration during movement.
Q. Is this belt easy for caregivers to adjust and clean?
A. Yes, the D-ring pull design allows for easier grasping and adjustment, while the materials are durable and easy to wipe down, making maintenance simple in busy care environments.
Q. How do I determine the size I need?
