Covaderm wound dressings are sterile, absorbent, multi-layer composite wound dressings. They are available with and without a polyurethane barrier film layer. All Covaderm, Covaderm Thin, Covaderm Plus® and Covaderm Plus Thin have rounded edges, non-adherent contact layers, and easy to shape adhesive coated fabric tape.

Use: Covaderm wound dressings absorb wound drainage, promote a moist environment helpful to healing, and serve as a barrier against water and bacteria when used as a secondary dressing
Indications
- Covaderm wound dressings are indicated for minor abrasions, minor lacerations, and minor scalds and burns.
- When under the care or direction of a licensed practitioner they are indicated for:
- Dermal ulcers (e.g., pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, and other secreting lesions)
- Second degree burns
- Donor sites
- More severe lacerations, cuts and abrasions
- Other superficial wounds
- Covaderm Plus VAD is also indicated for IV sites, and other tubular sites and incisions.
Contraindication: Covaderm wound dressings are contraindicated for:
- Third-degree burns
- Heavily bleeding wounds
- Individuals who are sensitive to or have had an allergic reaction to the dressing or its materials
Directions for use
- Carefully read the WARNINGS and CAUTIONS prior to use.
- Inspect the packaging for damage or defects. Replace the entire dressing if the packaging is damaged.
- Clean the wound of excess drainage and fluid, and thoroughly dry skin around the wound.
- Open the dressing package.
Adhesive Dressing
- Peel the paper liner from the back of the adhesive dressing.
- Center the contact layer (gauze) over the wound.
- Change dressing as needed when wet, soiled, leaking, or as directed by a licensed practitioner.
- To remove the dressing, hold the edge of the adhesive border and carefully pull it in the direction of hair growth, lifting bandage from the wound.
- Dispose of the soiled dressing.
Storage and Transport Conditions: Store at room temperature and avoid excessive heat and humidity

Warranty
- The product warranty is applicable as per the terms and conditions provided by the product manufacturer.

Return
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment.
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee as per manufacturers terms and conditions.
- All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization), unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- We do not guarantee fulfillment of any desired purpose or product suitability to the user and this will not be considered as a valid reason for return.
- The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customers expense in the original packaging.
- If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
- Hygiene, bath and toilet items cannot be returned once opened or used.
