Drive Medical PRIMECARE sit to stand lift has an Object Obstruction Sensor which will stop the lift if it detects either the user of an attendant is in the way of the lift’s functioning. If there is any issue with the hand pendant, the lift can be operated from the main control box. The Stand to Lift also offers several conveniences. An adjustable knee pad accommodates a variety of user heights. The battery can be charged either on the lift or away from the lift using a charging pack. A maintenance monitor let’s you know when the lift or many of its parts may need attention.

Any alteration, modification, or repair unless performed by or authorized in writing by the manufacturer will void this warranty.

This Lifetime Limited Warranty is an expression of confidence in the materials and workmanship of products and assurance to the consumer of years of dependable service.
This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to wearable components.

Return
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
All returns must include an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Returned products must be in new, unused condition, not tampered with, and in their original packaging. The return must be made at the customer's expense.
If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any credit card/PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
All freight charges, fuel surcharges, handling fees, and additional freight services are non-refundable.
Hygiene products cannot be returned once opened or used due to health concerns.
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
