• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns beyond this period.
• We do not guarantee fulfillment of any desired purpose or product suitability to the user and this will not be considered as a valid reason for return.
• A restocking fee of 20% will be charged to cover inspection, handling and repackaging.
• A Return Authorization (RA) Number will be issued and must be clearly marked on all cartons and correspondence.
• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund
• Any damage due to use, mishandling or improper packing of the return will be noted and deducted from the credit issued.

A. Yes, GoTalk Design works on Windows 10 and 11, Mac OS 10.13 or later, and also offers a web-based version that runs on major browsers like Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox. There's also limited compatibility with Chromebooks and iPads using the web version.

Q. How to install GoTalk Design Overlay Software?
A. To Install GoTalk Design Overlay Software:

• 1. Insert the GoTalk Overlay Software disc into the disc drive.
• 2. If the Autoplay menu does not start automatically, choose Run from the Start Menu and type D:\ autoplay.exe (substitute the letter of the disc drive if it is different) and click OK.
• 3. Click the Install button on the Autoplay menu, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Additional Microsoft software components may be required by this application. If not detected on the system, a notification is displayed during installation.

A. Yes, the software comes with ready-made templates for every GoTalk communication device by Attainment Company. You can also create overlays in standard paper sizes or use them for printable planners and checklists.

A. Yes, overlays can be exported as PDF, JPG, or PNG files. You can save them for future editing or print them from any standard inkjet or laser printer.
