ME2002 Elevating Table - The Bolt
PHS Chiropractic ME2002 Elevating Table had been designed especially to help chiropractors to treat each patients with efficiency. The ME2002 Instrument Adjusting Table gives practitioners the ability to treat patients without having to constantly stoop or bend over due to its silent and smooth elevation that ranges from 24" to 36". This means that practitioners will have more energy at the end of the workday.

How to clean upholstery on your tables
For routine maintenance, we recommend using warm water with mild soap to keep the upholstery clean, durable, and professional in appearance. For fast sanitation between patient treatments, we suggest using Protex wipes or Spray.
Upholstery Cleaning:
- Daily: For day to day cleaning, a solution of 10% mild household liquid dish soap with warm water, applied with soft damp cloth. Rinse with clean water and dry.
- Stains: For stains, dampen a soft white cloth in a one to one (1:1) solution of Fantastik® and water OR Formula 409® and water. Rub gently and rinse with a water dampened cloth.
- Tough Stains: For more difficult stains, dampen a soft white cloth with a solution of household bleach (10% bleach / 90% water). Rub gently and rinse with a water dampened cloth to remove bleach concentration.
- Legs & Frames: Regularly wipe down, with damp clean towel, the table legs and frame to remove dust, dirt, and grime.
Do Not Use: Heavy cleaners like ammonia-based, acetone-based, alcohol, or citric acid-based cleaners as they can cause discoloration and degrade or damage your product over time.

Manufacturer warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship to the original consumer/purchaser from the date of purchase under the following:
- Frame Warranty: 1 Year warranty (Structural Only)
- Electrical components: 1 Year warranty
- Foam and Upholstery: 1 Year warranty
- Labor Warranty: Labor covered on repairs in 1st year
- Moving components, hardware, accessories: 1 Year Warranty
- The manufacturer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages or delay, including damages for loss of income or loss of use.
- This Warranty does not include damage resulting from accident and expressly excludes normal wearing of parts or deterioration due to normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper set-up or storage, defect caused by transportation, accident, fire, flood, alteration, abuse, misuse, or negligence.
Any obligation of the manufacturer under this Warranty shall automatically and immediately terminate, without notice from or any further action by manufacturer and the manufacturer shall have no responsibility for damages of any kind as a result of the occurrence of any of the following:
- Alteration or obliteration of any identifying marks.
- Accident, misuse, abuse or negligent use of the products or any component thereof;
- Any repair or alteration of the products or any component thereof made outside manufacturer authorization;
- Failure to provide normal maintenance for the products or any component thereof in accordance with the product operating manual;
- Improper installation, setup, or operation (including both mechanical and electrical) of the Products or any component thereof, which includes operation of the Product not in accordance with the product’s operating manual;
Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost. Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
