Rifton elbow anchor is a portable and sturdy anchor that provides stability to the forearm while leaving the hands free for functional activities. Elbow anchor can also reduce abnormal posturing of the shoulder girdle by maintaining the elbow position. The elbow anchor stabilizes one arm on a table or tray. A pair can be used to stabilize both arms. Elbow Anchor provides increased stability to the forearm and may be beneficial for head and trunk control while sitting and allows increased functional use of the other arm. This anchor fits best for individuals with a wrist-to-elbow distance greater than 8".
