• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns beyond this period.
• We do not guarantee fulfillment of any desired purpose or product suitability to the user and this will not be considered as a valid reason for return.
• A restocking fee of 20% will be charged to cover inspection, handling and repackaging.
• A Return Authorization (RA) Number will be issued and must be clearly marked on all cartons and correspondence.

A. Yes! You can easily edit or re-record any individual step without erasing the rest. To re-record a step:

• Locate the step in the sequence.
• Press the Play button twice quickly—you’ll hear a beep.
• Re-record that step as you normally would.
  All other steps will stay intact.
